La basilique Saint-Rémi

This Romano-Gothic basilica, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1991, is one of the most remarkable examples of Romanesque art in the north of France. The chevet contains magnificent restored stained glass windows dating from the 12th century, and houses St. Rémi's tomb. It was once a major pilgrimage site.
